Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items.

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, opened products, mystery packs, and graded cards are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include photos of the packaging and product.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
